Congratulations on the Day 1 TdF win Donna! Beautiful spinning. Those pictures with the fog in the trees are stunning.
Since my days are so crazy busy, the only way I could justify entering the Tour, for a third year, was to spin whilst exercising. So far I'm only clocking 20 minutes each day, even with having the two little grandchildren staying with us. :-)
